We are currently offering 3 services at this location. 24-Hour Drop Box, 1-Hour by Appointment and 5-Day Mail-In.

24-HOUR DROP BOX

We offer a 24-hour, secure Drop-Box Repair Service for those that prefer to drop off the broken glasses.

Drop-Box Procedure

  • Drop off your glasses at one of our secure drop-box locations
  • Repairs are completed promptly (usually within 1 business day)
  • We will contact you upon completion via phone, email or text

Service Cost: $70

The Drop-Box Service includes:

  • Laserfix frame repair
  • 1 Business Day Service (for most repairs)
  • Necessary adjustments
  • Applicable taxes
  • 6 Month Warranty

1-HOUR BY APPOINTMENT

We offer a Walk-In Service to make your glasses repair as easy as possible. Simply bring in your eye-glasses and we will assess the damage and let you know what type of repair is possible.

1-Hour Appointment Procedure

Simply phone our location at 1.250.871.4833 and book an appointment.

5-DAY MAIL IN

We provide a Mail-In Service to allow you to ship us your broken glasses to be repaired.

Note: We use Xpresspost envelopes in Canada and USPS envelopes to the US, as they are traceable and include $100.00 insurance (Broken glasses have $0 value for customs purposes).

5-Day Mail-In Procedure

Please follow the easy 4-steps below to Mail-In your broken glasses to Laserfix. Please contact us with any questions you have about this, or any of our other services. We offer a Mail-In Service to our clients as it is the easiest way to have a repair done.

1) Click HERE to download the .pdf form. You will need to print this, and fill it out to include with your shipment.

2) Pack your frames and all pieces including lenses in a hard case or small box.

3) Include $80.00 Cash, Money Order, E-Transfer to DarrelFraserRDT@gmail.com or Cheques payable to Laserfix Ltd (US Customers in US Funds).

4) Place your Xpresspost package into any Canada Post mailbox, and that's it!
